Does the price of the tank include delivery?
Delivery is included within 30 miles of our shop. Please call for out of area delivery fees.

Does Milan Vault accept Credit Card?
Yes, we accept Visa and Master Card. If paying for a tank delivery by credit card you must call the office before you scheduled delivery time. The drivers do not have access to a credit card processing machine.

Can I have my tank delivered on Saturday?
Yes, we do deliver septic and pump tanks on Saturday. There is; however, a fee associated with Saturday delivery and tank must me set in the a.m.

Does your company clean septic tanks?
No, we do not.

Do you make plastic septic/holding tanks?
No, we do not.

What size septic tank do I need?
Milan Vault cannot provide you with that information. Please contact your local health department for that information.

Full payment is due upon delivery or approved credit. Excavation site must be ready at scheduled time of delivery. Milan Vault reserves the right to charge for wait time and return trips to reset tanks. Down-payments of special orders may be required. Please call for pricing.
