Milan Vault has been producing septic tanks since the early 1980s. With nearly four decades of experience, we know what it takes to make a superior septic tank. This allows us to provide all of our customers with tanks that meet or exceed American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM C1227) standards.
When Milan Vault achieved the status of a National Precast Concrete Association certified plant in 2007 we became equipped to prove our standards, in not only our finished product, but for all of our raw materials as well. For the consumer, this means we receive reports on every part that goes into producing our septic tanks - water, sand, stone, reinforcements, and admixtures. We have set mix designs prepared specifically for septic tanks that result in strong, quality septic tanks.
We can prove our strength with the use of our in-house concrete cylinder compression testing machine which we use to test batches in regularly spaced intervals as designated by NPCA. Beyond testing cylinders, each finished tank is inspected before it is put in the yard and we regularly vacuum test our tanks to ensure their water-tightness.
Simply put - Milan Vault produces quality precast concrete products and we have the data to back it up.
